Terrible service. Sells defected products and doesn’t want to exchange. Will Continue to lose customers. The manager acted as if he didn’t even care. Do not shop here bc they DO NOT cater to their customers needs which is the black community when they’re at fault.
At first I wanted to support what appears to be a minority owned business in Mount Vernon as opposed to the other hair stores because of the poor treatment at those stores but I made a mistake today. I tried purchasing hair today, some were marked for a lower price and others at a higher price. Same brand, same color, same everything. The older lady claimed that the lower priced ones were improperly priced. Instead of allowing me to purchase the hair for the marked price, she charge me the higher price for all. Furthermore, she was rude and dismissive. I will never ever ever patronize this business again. Customer service is a far gone concept in this store.
Don’t do exchanges even when the product hasn’t been used with receipt. The worker accused me for using hair dye (adore) i brought yesterday that i took back to change the color today. I made sure not to touch it and kept the receipt. The lady opened the bottle and took the foam seal off right in front of me and saying it’s been used & i got to speak to their manager.
If you do other people's hair or your own, this is the place to get all your hair needs. Not only weaves or braiding hair, but also oils and products to make your hair look healthy. At very affordable price Come check it out. People are very friendly. They are willing to help you find Whatever you need.
I thoroughly enjoyed my 5 minutes in this establishment. I walked in, went down one aisle looking for the product I needed, and had no luck in locating it. I must've looked like I needed help because one of the store owners spotted me confused and immediately came to my aid. Redirected me up front and told the counter young lady what I needed, so I'd be led right to it. The price is affordable and not ridiculous either. She rang me up, and I was out of there before my meter time expired. Pleasant, welcoming environment and staff. Seemed to be a family establishment, which made me feel at ease with their assistance. Knowledgeable of products, the store was presentable, clean, and hosted a large variety of hair care products and such.
